The July Board Meeting date has changed to July 2nd. Please contact your Property Management for more details.

The Board of Directors General Session meetings are normally bi-monthly on the first Wednesday of the month (January, March, May, July, September, November) beginning at 6:00 p.m.

The Executive Session Meetings are monthly on the first Wednesday of the month beginning at 5:00 p.m.

Board meetings are located at Albert A. Chatigny Senior Community Recreation Center, 1310 Oak Valley Pkwy, Beaumont, CA 92223 when the pool is not used.

The agenda will be posted at a prominent place or places within the Common Area.
